Polka dot “Lucy” dress for 21” Cissy

This dress is made from a cute polka dot cotton. I designed this dress after a Madame  Alexander original often referred to as the “Lucy” dress

The bodice is fully lined in organdy and it snaps in the back with square metal snaps.

The skirt is made to MA specs and finished with a blind stitch hem

recommended petticoat: 7 1/4” white with rickrack sold separately
