Blue floral dress for 16” Elise

 This pretty fabric reminded me of the Madame Alexander Cissy garland dress I have it available in both pink and blue flowers. The background color is an off white/cream. The die lot for the pink and blue flowers backround is a slightly different shade. 

The bodice is fully lined and it snaps in the back with square metal snaps.

The skirt is made to MA specs and finished with a blind stitch hem.
