2 3/4” petticoats

These petticoats are designed for small dolls such as Ginny, Jill, Lil Miss Revlon, And Cissette. They are recommended for a skirt length of 3 1/4” to 3 1/2”. The petticoats are are 2 3/4” but may extend to 3” on the bias.
