2 1/2” petticoats

These petticoats are designed for small dolls such as Ginny, Jill, Lil Miss Revlon, And Cissette. They are recommended for a skirt length of 3”to 3 1/4”. The petticoats are are 2 1/2”  but may extend to 2 3/4” on the bias.
