Blue gingham dress for 14” Betsy McCall

This dress is made from a Vintage blue gingham fabric. There is a white Peter Pan collar, puffed sleeves, and two little buttons on the front.

There is also a matching headband with a bow.

Bodice is fully lined and closes in the back with square metal snaps
